Why is my CETUS to USDT (Eth) transaction stuck via Sui Bridge?
I used the Sui Bridge to convert CETUS to USDT on the Ethereum network, but it's been stuck for 19 hours. The CETUS is gone from my wallet, and no USDT is showing up yet. I've used the bridge before without issues and confirmed my addresses are correct. What should I do to solve this?

2If your transaction is stuck, first check the transaction status on a blockchain explorer to see if it has been confirmed. If it remains unconfirmed, consider reaching out to Sui Bridge support for assistance, as they may be able to help resolve the issue or provide updates on the transaction.
Check Transaction Status
-
Use a blockchain explorer (like Etherscan) to check the status of your transaction.
-
Enter your transaction ID (txid) to see if it has been confirmed or is still pending.
Verify Wallet Addresses
-
Double-check that the wallet addresses you used for both CETUS and USDT are correct.
-
Ensure that you are looking at the correct network (Ethereum) for the USDT.
Contact Support
-
Reach out to Sui Bridge support for assistance.
-
Provide them with your transaction details, including the txid and the addresses involved.
Wait for Confirmation
-
Sometimes, transactions can take longer than expected due to network congestion.
-
If the transaction is still pending, it may eventually confirm, so patience is key.
Check for Gas Fees
-
Ensure that you have enough gas fees in your wallet to complete the transaction.
-
If the gas fees were insufficient, the transaction might not process correctly.

First, make sure to check the transaction status directly on the bridge interface at https://bridge.sui.io/. If it's incomplete, there might be an option to resume it. If the transaction doesn't reflect there and shows '0' transactions, it might just need more time. Sometimes network delays can cause slow processing. If the above steps don't work, and there's still no change, it may be necessary to try again leaving some time in between and if the issue persists, consider reaching out to support from the bridge's platform for assistance.
