How can I access the claim page after bridging USDC?

I recently bridged USDC from Base to Sui using Momentum but after closing the claim page, I can't find it anymore. What steps should I take to resume the transaction and complete the claim process?

You can visit https://bridge.sui.io/bridge-usdc and click on 'Resume Transaction.' There, paste your transaction hash to complete it.
