Accidentally sent tokens to wrong blockchain network

Question

I made a mistake and sent my $SUI tokens from the exchange to the Aptos network instead of the SUI network using my Martian Wallet. The tokens are visible, yet I cant access or use them since they were sent to an incorrect blockchain. Is there a way to recover these tokens?

I checked how Aptos derives addresses from private keys. It turns out that its different from how SUI does it. This means you wont be able to generate valid signatures for this address on the SUI network, and no one else can either. Unfortunately, this means theres no way to recover the tokens.
