If your NFT transfer from your Stashed Wallet to your SUI Wallet is on hold, you usually need to confirm the transfer by approving a pending message or transaction in your wallet interface. Check your Stashed Wallet notifications or transaction history for a pending approval request—this is often the message you need to sign to complete the transfer. If you don’t see it immediately, look under “pending transactions,” “activity,” or “notifications” within the wallet app. Once you approve that message, the NFT transfer should proceed. If you’re still stuck, try reconnecting your wallet or refreshing the app to trigger the confirmation prompt. You can learn more about managing NFT transfers and pending approvals in the wallet’s support or help sections. Go to the Sui wallet you transferred to and connect it to Tradeport to claim it from there. Once you've done that, you should be able to find a 'Claim' button on the SUI Wallet.

You can complete an NFT transfer from your Stashed Wallet (now part of Slush Wallet) to your Sui Wallet by following these steps:

First, open the Slush interface (web or extension) and locate your pending NFT transfer—that’s the transfer that’s currently “on hold.” Inside the wallet dashboard, you should see a notification or a banner labeled “Actions” or “Pending Transfers.” Click on it to reveal the specific transfer in question.

Within that pending transfer, look for the confirmation message inside your Slush Wallet notifications tab. You’ll find a button like “Claim Now” or “Accept Transfer”—that’s the message you must tap in order to finalize the transfer. Once approved, the NFT will move into your wallet and appear under your collection.

In short: go to Slush pending transfers or notifications, locate the transfer on hold, find the “Claim” or “Accept” button, confirm it, and the NFT will land in your Sui Wallet.

If you encounter an 'Insufficient Balance' error, it indicates that you must pay the gas fee using Sui. Even if you have enough SUI to cover the gas fee, ensure the NFT is in Tradeport and reach out to the Tradeport team for further assistance.

If you see an "Insufficient Balance" error, it means you need SUI to cover the gas fee. Even if your balance seems sufficient, make sure the NFT is listed in Tradeport and contact the Tradeport team for additional support.

To complete an NFT transfer from your Stashed Wallet to your SUI Wallet when it's on hold, follow these steps:

  • Check the transfer status: Look for a notification or message in your Stashed Wallet or SUI Wallet regarding the transfer hold.
  • Find the confirmation message: The message to confirm the transfer might be in your wallet's notification section or in the transaction details.
  • Confirm the transfer: Follow the instructions in the message to confirm the transfer and complete the process.

If you're having trouble finding the message or completing the transfer, consider:

  • Checking your wallet's support resources: Look for guides or FAQs in your wallet's support section that might help you resolve the issue.
  • Contacting wallet support: Reach out to the support team for your Stashed Wallet or SUI Wallet for assistance with the transfer.

Some things to keep in mind:

  • Transaction fees: Ensure you have sufficient funds to cover any transaction fees associated with the transfer.
  • Wallet compatibility: Verify that both your Stashed Wallet and SUI Wallet are compatible with the NFT you're trying to transfer.

By following these steps, you should be able to complete the NFT transfer and resolve any issues related to the hold.
