Lost claim link after creating slush wallet with sui

I recently created a slush link using the sui. Unfortunately, the claim link did not appear as my wallet took too long to load, and I mistakenly pressed the back button. Now, I have no idea where to find this link. I attempted to import my wallet again, but it didn't resolve the issue. Can anyone tell me if my funds are secure and how I might reclaim my claim link?

Your funds should still be safe in the slush wallet address, but without the claim link, you can’t access them directly. In Sui, slush wallet claim links are typically stored in your wallet app’s “Pending Links” or history section. If the wallet app doesn’t show it, check your browser history for the exact claim URL generated when you created the link. If you have the slush wallet’s address and private key (or recovery phrase), you can import it into a Sui wallet to access the funds without the link. If you only have your main wallet, the funds remain in the slush wallet until claimed. Some wallets also sync claim links with your account, so reopening on the same device and session may recover it. Clearing cache or switching devices before claiming can make recovery harder. Always back up claim links before leaving the page. If nothing works, contact your wallet provider’s support with your transaction hash.

Your funds are likely still safe in the slush wallet, but without the claim link, you can’t access them directly. In Sui, claim links are usually saved under “Pending Links” in your wallet app. If it’s missing, check your browser history for the original claim URL. If you have the slush wallet’s address and private key or recovery phrase, you can import it into any Sui wallet to get the funds. Without that, the funds stay unclaimed. Some wallets auto-sync claim links, so reopening the app on the same device might help. Avoid clearing your cache or switching devices before claiming. Always back up the link. If all fails, contact wallet support with your transaction hash — simple as ABC.

Your funds remain secure as they are tied to your wallet's private key, not the claim link itself. The claim link is typically a one-time access mechanism generated during the initial setup process. To recover it, check your email or browser history for any generated URLs from Slush Wallet's service. If unavailable, contact Slush Wallet support directly with your wallet address—they can often resend or invalidate the old link while providing a new one. Always ensure you backup your private key or seed phrase separately to avoid dependency on claim links for future access.

Your funds are safe. To recover the claim link:

  1. Check Your Wallet – The SUI should already be there if the link was claimed.
  2. Transaction History – Look for the inbound transfer in your wallet app.
  3. Slush Support – Contact them directly—they can resend the link if unclaimed.

If Unclaimed:

  • Slush can regenerate the link for you (provide your wallet address).

Prevention:
✔ Always wait for UI confirmation before closing.

(Slush links are tied to your wallet—not lost if you have the seed phrase.)

Your funds should still be secure, as they're tied to your wallet's private key, not just that single link.

The best step is to go back to the official Slush website or app and look for a 'Recover Claim' or 'Support' section. You'll probably need to connect your Sui wallet again. Most services have a way to resend or rediscover that link for you.

If that doesn't work, you'll need to contact Slush's support directly. Provide them with your wallet address—they should be able to find your claim and resend the link. It's a common hiccup, so they likely have a process for it.

If you're having trouble loading the wallet, try waiting and attempting it later. If it still doesn't load, the issue may need technical checking from the support team.Rest assured, your funds are safe despite the issues with loading the wallet.

Reclaiming the link from transaction history is necessary if you couldn’t get it initially. Make sure to check this. While waiting to resolve the loading issues, no one else can claim or access your funds using the unaccessed link.

When you create the slush link, it should be shown there. However, if it didn't appear, you need to reclaim it from your transaction history. Look for the reclaim button there.
