Unable to claim tokens after bridging on Sui network

I initiated a bridge transaction on Sui to transfer USDC, but I can't see the transaction on the website and can't claim my tokens. How can I resolve this?

Okay, let's figure this out. First, grab the transaction digest from the Sui Explorer for your USDC transfer. Then, go directly to the website of the specific bridge you used (like Portal by Wormhole, Celer, etc.). They all have a 'Track Transaction' or 'Claim' section where you can input that Sui transaction digest to see its status and proceed with claiming. Sometimes there's just a bit of a delay with cross-chain transfers, but if it's still not showing, double-check you're on the right bridge site and reaching out to their support would be the next step.

Okay, that's definitely frustrating, but it's a pretty common bridge hiccup. First, make sure the original Sui transaction where you sent the USDC actually went through successfully on a Sui block explorer. If it did, the issue is likely on the bridge's side – either a delay in their relayer network processing the transfer, or their website isn't indexing it correctly yet. Check the bridge's official explorer or transaction status page directly if they have one. Sometimes, it just needs a bit more time. If after a significant wait (a few hours), it's still not showing, your best bet is to contact the bridge's support team directly, providing them with your Sui transaction ID.

To resolve the issue of not being able to claim your tokens on the Sui network, you should go to the Sui bridge website at https://bridge.sui.io/bridge-usdc. There, you can choose 'Resume Transaction', paste the transaction hash, and confirm to claim your tokens.
