4You can swap to wSOL then bridge to SOL. Please try with a small amount first to avoid any mistakes.
You can’t send USDT directly from your Sui wallet to your Phantom wallet on Solana because they are different blockchains. You have to bridge.
To transfer, you need to: first connect your Sui wallet (for example Suiet, Ethos, or Surf) to a supported bridge like Wormhole or BlueMove bridge, then select USDT on Sui as the asset, choose Solana as the destination chain, and paste your Phantom wallet address as the receiver. The bridge will wrap/unlock tokens on Solana so you’ll receive USDT in your Phantom wallet. Keep in mind that you’ll need a small amount of SUI in your wallet to pay for gas fees, and a little SOL in your Phantom wallet to activate USDT and cover Solana transaction fees
