If Galxe isn’t connecting with your Sui wallet, first make sure your wallet extension (like Suiet, Ethos, or Martian) is installed and updated to the latest version. Then confirm that the wallet is set to the same network Galxe supports, usually mainnet, and that your browser allows wallet pop-ups. Try disconnecting and reconnecting the wallet or clearing your browser cache. If the issue continues, switch to a different browser such as Chrome or Brave, or use Galxe through an incognito window to avoid extension conflicts. Also check if Galxe’s Sui integration is temporarily down by visiting their status page or help center.

To reconnect manually, you can go to the wallet section on Galxe, click Connect Wallet, choose Sui Wallet or Suiet, and authorize the connection again.
